You can contact our customer support or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to request cancellation of a scheduled or under review press release before publication. We will process all removal or retract requests during our normal working hours (Mon – Fri 9am – 7pm GMT) free of charge.
Once a press release has been distributed it cannot be stopped. However, under exceptional circumstances, we can accept special removal requests. Removal is only possible for press releases published under our web-only distribution options. Removal won’t be possible for press releases distributed to target media contacts as some contacts may not accept the requests. A handling fee of $100 per press release is required for removal request. Removal takes 2-3 business day.
